Asian Champions League action continued on 11 April in a day where Iranian clubs battled Uzbek clubs,
Lokomotiv hosted Esteghlal Tehran in Tashkent and took an early lead through Marat Bikmaev in the 13th minute. Lokomotiv were minutes away from holding on for a huge victory but their hearts were broken when Kaveh Rezaei equalized for Esteghlal in the 87th minute. Esteghlal ar currently in second place in Group A with seven points due to Emirati club Al-Ahli holding the head-to-head tiebreaker.
In Group C, Zob Ahan defeated Bunyodkur 2-1 in Isfahan with goals coming from Vahid Mohammadzadeh early in the first half and Morteza Tabrizi in the 54th minute. Zob Ahan are currently in the second position with seven points.
