Asian Champions League action continued on 24 April with Zob Ahan hosting Al-Ain and Persepolis facing Al-Hilal in Oman.
In Group C, Zob Ahan had a disastrous result as they were thumped 3-0 by Emirati club Al-Ain in Isfahan. Zob Ahan are currently third in the group with seven points with one match remaining against Al-Ahli in Doha, Qatar on 8 May.
Meanwhile in Group D, Persepolis and Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal played out a scoreless draw in Muscat. Persepolis are third in the group with six points and will host Emirati club Al-Wahda on 8 May in Tehran.
