Mjøndalen – Earlier this week on 25 August, Sosha Makani and Mjøndalen suffered a 2-1 loss away from home against Hødd but today they bounced back with a 3-0 home win over Bryne.
Midfielder Erik Midtgarden scored the first goal of the match in the sixth minute to give his side a 1-0 lead.
Christian Gauseth converted a penalty kick three minutes after the restart and Joachim Solberg Olsen added an insurance goal with thirteen minutes remaining in the match to give Mjøndalen a 3-0 victory.
Iranian keeper Sosha Makani earned the clean sheet in a much needed victory as Mjøndalen now sit in the eighth position with thirty-five points.
Mjøndalen will face Strømmen on 11 September after the international break.
